Your email, and nothing else

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up, and that you signed up on this page. We don’t store your IP address, and we don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Waitlist age requirement

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. If you are under 18, please do not submit your email or other personal information. Joining the waitlist does not establish eligibility to use prediction-market services; those services have separate age and location requirements.

Who runs this website

The website operator name will be published here before launch.

Privacy contact

A privacy contact address will be published here before launch.

Why

To email you when OddSwipe launches, with your consent, and to send a verification link when you request removal. We won’t send you marketing for anything else and we never sell or rent your email.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except the company that hosts our servers, which stores the data on our behalf. An email delivery service will process your address to deliver a requested removal-verification message or an approved launch announcement. The chosen service and privacy details must be reviewed before launch.

Third parties this site loads

The pages use local stylesheets and scripts and do not load third-party fonts, animation libraries, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you submit a waitlist or removal form, the request is sent to the service hosting this website to process it. An email delivery service processes your address only when sending a requested removal-verification message or an approved launch announcement; the chosen service and privacy details must be reviewed before launch.

How long we keep it

The retention policy will be published here before launch.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to complain to your data protection authority. Request a verification link below, then explicitly confirm removal using the proof sent to that address. Entering an email address or opening a link alone never deletes a signup.

Email address to remove

Send verification link

Check your email for a link to confirm removal. No address has been removed yet.

If that email was on the list, it has been permanently removed.

Removal is unavailable, or the proof is invalid, expired or already used. Request a new link or try again later. Contact the privacy address above for help.

Confirm email removal

Use the proof from your verification email. With JavaScript enabled, the emailed link fills it here. Otherwise, copy the text after #removal-token= in that link. Opening the link does not remove anything.

Verification proof I confirm that I want to permanently remove this email from the waitlist. Confirm removal

Children

The waitlist is for adults. Please don’t sign up if you’re under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and if the change is significant we’ll email you before it takes effect.
